【Responsibilities】

3. Position: Intermediate AI Short-Form Drama Editor (Adult Content)

[Responsibilities]

Independently handle editing, subtitling, voiceover, background music, and final rendering based on scripts, storyboards, and AI-generated assets.

Manage narrative conflict, emotional tone, and pacing; optimize opening hooks and ending cliffhangers.

Address issues regarding AI asset transitions, character movement, and lip-syncing; identify needs for additional footage.

7. Position Title: Product Quality Inspector

【Job Responsibilities】

Responsible for acceptance testing prior to the launch of App, H5, and website versions; conduct routine, comprehensive quality inspections to ensure product launch quality.

Track project progress and identify risks related to scheduling or delays; handle live issues and user feedback, reproduce and classify issues, and drive the full cycle of rectification and re-verification.

Conduct quality checks on operational content; oversee the implementation of SOPs and launch/O&M standards; drive improvements regarding process deviations.

Compile quality data and generate reports on inspections, acceptance, and quality analysis; participate in formulating quality management rules (e.g., inspection standards, issue classification).

Collaborate with product, R&D, testing, and operations teams to address major risks and cross-team bottlenecks; participate in building AI and automated inspection capabilities.

【Job Requirements】

Bachelor’s degree or above; 1+ years of experience in internet-based quality inspection, testing, or operational quality control; familiar with the product lifecycle and the closed-loop process for defect management.

Possess a product and user experience mindset; able to keenly identify risks in functionality, interaction, content, and business processes; capable of independently diagnosing issues and driving cross-functional resolution.

Proficient in basic data analysis and capable of independently producing various quality reports; strong risk awareness and execution skills; adept at driving progress through cross-team collaboration.
